1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dk vip ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses or uses the dk vip website, mobile platform, or any associated services. By clicking "Register", completing the registration form, or by continuing to use any part of the dk vip platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

dk vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the platform's internal messaging system or by email. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail over any translated or summarised version in all circumstances. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• dk vip may engage third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) to deliver casino content. Each provider's games are governed by their respective RNG certification and return-to-player (RTP) disclosures.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the dk vip platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement. dk vip operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will permanently close any account found to be held by a person under 18 years old.

dk vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within 72 hours of a formal request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services on dk vip, you must complete the registration process in full. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All details must match the government-issued identification documents you will be asked to provide during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account at dk vip. If our systems detect the existence of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual (identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, NID, or phone number), all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

KYC Verification: Before your first BDT withdrawal is processed, dk vip requires you to complete identity verification. You will be asked to upload a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and, in some cases, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours during BST business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will remain pending.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.
• In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify dk vip support immediately via live chat.
• dk vip will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Do not disclose your password to anyone claiming to represent dk vip.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

All financial transactions on the dk vip platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dk vip does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options, including Visa and Mastercard, may be available for deposits; please refer to the Cashier section of the platform for the current full list.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your dk vip account within 1–5 minutes of a successful Mobile Financial Service (MFS) transaction confirmation.
• dk vip does not charge a deposit processing fee. Your MFS provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own standard transaction charges.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be rejected and refunded. dk vip operates a strict policy that requires all payment methods to be owned and operated by the account holder.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically process within 6–30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak hours or in cases where additional verification is required.
• dk vip does not charge a withdrawal fee. The full amount you request will be credited to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, subject to KYC completion.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your dk vip account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• dk vip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• Withdrawal of funds that originated from a deposit made with a specific payment method may be required to return to that same payment method (anti-money-laundering compliance).

dk vip implements standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction that dk vip reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with suspicious activity may be withheld indefinitely pending the outcome of any investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dk vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. These include welcome bonuses on first BDT deposits, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of claiming, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the dk vip platform contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not had wagering requirements met within the stated time period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated explicitly on the relevant promotion terms page.
• Abuse Prevention: dk vip uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a mathematical advantage, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and making low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements. Detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.
• No Deposit Bonuses: Where no-deposit bonuses or free spin credits are offered, the same wagering requirements and withdrawal caps apply. These bonuses are offered at dk vip's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

dk vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players are actively working toward its wagering requirement, we will honour the wagering progress already accrued on a fair and proportionate basis.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dk vip platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage not available to other players through normal play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display errors in games or odds. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and may be voided by dk vip.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker-format games, or any other multi-player context.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the underlying software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure of the dk vip platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using another person's payment account, identity, or credentials to access or fund a dk vip account.

dk vip monitors platform activity continuously using automated systems and manual review processes. Any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately pending investigation. During a suspension, the player will be unable to place bets, make withdrawals, or access account features. dk vip's findings following such an investigation are final and binding.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

dk vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted via our Responsible Gaming tools or via live chat support.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their dk vip account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and they will not receive any marketing communications from dk vip. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk vip, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms, including funds forfeited due to bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party game provider outages, mobile network issues, or force majeure events beyond dk vip's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions where the delay or failure is attributable to the player's Mobile Financial Service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) rather than dk vip's own systems.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, even if dk vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any claim arising more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the claim, unless the player was demonstrably unable to raise the claim within that period.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by dk vip's proven gross negligence, or for any matter which it would be unlawful for dk vip to exclude or restrict liability.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in dk vip's server logs shall be the definitive record. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and what is recorded in our server logs, the server log record shall prevail. If you believe a game outcome has been recorded incorrectly, contact our support team within 48 hours of the relevant game session and we will conduct a full technical review.
